Butterick 6048; ca. 1954; Redingote and Dress Ensemble. A wonderful ensemble. Redingote has a shawl collar, cuffed kimono sleeves and a flared skirt. The slim dress repeats the kimono sleeves, has soft shirring detail. Back of dress is brought forward for lowered shoulder line.
