Lace and button trim. Self belt. Bodice with scooped neckline and short elasticized, puffed sleeves has slightly A-line ruffled skirt wit self or contrast corselet and bustle. Lace trim. Matching hat. Bodice with scoop neckline and short, elasticized puffed sleeves has gathered skirt with ruffle at hem. Self sash. Elasticized pantaloons. Lace trim.

Fabric suggestions: cotton, cotton sateen, voile, eyelet, organdy, handkerchief linen, percale, dimity, velvet, dotted Swiss, batiste, taffeta, pique, or modern synthetics.

Previously issued in the 1950s as 6342, and in 1964 as 3318. Misses' version reissued in the 1980s as Butterick 3187.
