Butterick 5624; ca. 1951; Girl's Coat or Short Topper: Patch Pockets. The loose fitting coat that looks right for school or dress-up wear, can easily be worn over bulky suits or dresses. (A) Full-length coat with a small Pilgrim collar and patch pockets. (B) Short topper for warmer climes.
