Butterick 5573; ca. 1979; Misses' Maternity Dress, Top & Pants. Loose-fitting dress in below mid-knee length and top have "U" neckline band, front tucks, pockets in side seams and topstitch trim. Dress has attached self ties and full length shirt sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Top has armhole bands. Straight legged pants have elasticized waistline. Purchased blouse.
