Butterick 5194; ca. 1977; Junior Petite Dress & Top. Loose-fitting dress, in below mid-knee length, with pockets in side seams or top with shaped hemline and side buttoned self tabs, have shaped band collar, front band opening, front pleated into one piece yoke, slightly extended shoulders, wide full-length shirt sleeves worn rolled up and topstitch trim. Instructions included for cross stitch embroidery on top.
