Butterick 5045; ca. 1978; Men's Top and Pants. Loose-fitting top has pointed collar, front buttoned placket, full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs, patch pockets and side slits. Straight legged pants have waistband, fly front, belt carriers and side pockets. Topstitch trim.
