Butterick 5007; ca. 1977; Men's Shirts. Close fitting shirt has pointed collar on band, front band closing, shaped front and back bias yokes, full length sleeves eased into bias cuffs, shaped hemline, and topstitch trim. With or without shaped patch pockets and bias flaps. Button or hammer on snap closings. A: embroidery on pocket flaps and pintucked yokes. B: embroidery on front yoke. C and D: solid or bi color. Included are embroidery directions for views A and B and transfer for view B.
