Butterick 4881; ca. 1949; Women's and Misses' Flare-Back Topper. The topper is a wonderful complement to both suits and dresses. It has kimono sleeves with smoothly sloped shoulders (push-up if you choose); versatile collar and decorative pockets. Panel in back adds to its flared silhouette.
