Butterick 4718; ca. 1976; Misses' Dress & Top: Semi-fitted, A-line dress, in below mid-knee length or top has narrow band collar, front buttoned inset, front and back pleats, full-length sleeves gathered into narrow buttoned cuffs, and shirttail hemline. Dress has pockets in side seams. Top has cross-grain inset and contrast collar and cuffs.
