Butterick 4687; ca. 1976; Chrissie Evert - Misses' Shirt, T-Shirt, Skirt, Shorts & Briefs: Semi-fitted shirt has pointed convertible collar, full-length sleeves, shirttail hemline, front snapped or buttoned closing and topstitch trim. Close-fitting T-shirt has cap sleeves with bands and U-neckline with band. Solid or bi-color. A-line skirt has shaped patch pocket, shaped waistline, front snapped or buttoned closing and topstitch trim. Shorts have contour waistline, patch pocket, front zipper and topstitch trim. Briefs have elasticized edges. T-shirt and briefs sized for moderate stretch knits only.
