Butterick 4658; ca. 1949; Women's and Misses' Blouse: Decorative Bands. A band treatment running from the shoulders down either side of the front closing adds a decorative note to this tailored blouse. It has a casual collar; short sleeves A & B; long shirt sleeves in C. Accents of saddle stitching in A & C.
