Loose-fitting romper has collar, front straps, contrast band/binding, pleated lower front, leg bands, snap crotch, back-button closing and above elbow sleeves with bias binding. Hat B has contrast brim/binding/piping, purchased ribbon. A, B: lined, crown. Bow tie has knot and elastic.
