Butterick 4572; ca. 1948; Girls' One-Piece Dress: Pleats Front and Back. Softly tailored one-piece dress has a contrasting detachable lcollar, and cuffs on short sleeves (A & B), long shirt sleeves (C). Ribbon bow at neck (B & C). Knife pleats either side of front and back run from bodice into the skirt. Separate belt.
