Bicentennial Costume. Loose-fitting, evening length dress has elasticized scoop neckline and three-quarter length raglan sleeves with elastic forming self ruffle. Apron is gathered into waistband that extends into ties, with topstitch trim. Circular hat has elastic forming self ruffle. Triangular scarf is self-lined.
