Butterick 4270; 1970s; Misses' Shirt, Bra Top, Skirt, Pants & Shorts. Fitted midriff shirt extending into front ties has pointed collar and short slightly flared sleeves. Close-fitting bra top has halter neckline with button closing, self knot forming center front gathers, attached self halter straps extending into back midriff ties and elasticized lower front edge. Flared skirt in below mid-knee length has front buttoned closing and waistband. Straight-legged pants or shorts are darted into waistband. Topstitch trim.
