Butterick 4241 ca. 1980s; Ruth Scharf - Infant’s Top, Jumper, Panties, Hat & Jumpsuit. Fitted top has shaped collar, front button closing, straight or gathered short sleeves. Jumper has front and back gathers, contrast binding and extending into ties, shaped pocket, matching hat and panties. Jumpsuit in two lengths, has front gathered into shaped bib, self shoulder straps, elasticized lower edges and snap closing at inseam. Applique included. Topstitching.
Pattern also in toddler's sizes as Butterick 4242 and in children's sizes as Butterick 4243
