Butterick 4210; ca. 1982; Sized for Misses/Misses Petite - Jacket, Blouse & Skirt: Loose-fitting, lined to-edge jacket has cardigan neckline, front buttoned closing, shaped hemline, full length sleeves, gathered at cap and topstitching. Loose-fitting blouse has ruffle collar on-band, back neckline slit with button and thread loop closing, and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs. Flared skirt three inches below mid-knee has straight waistband, back zipper closing and no side seams. Purchased belt.
