Butterick 4186; ca. 1980s; Misses' Dress and Belt. Loose-fitting dress in two lengths has V neck with mock wrap effect, front tucked peplum and front tucked into forward shoulder seams with back zipper closing. Sleeveless or full length sleeves pleated at cap with button and loop closing and purchased shoulder pads. Self belt with purchased flower.
