Butterick 4142; ©1970s; Toddlers' and Childrens' Top & Pants. Loose-fitting, A-line top has jewel neckline, back buttoned closing, short or full-length sleeves, shaped hemline, and top-stitched trim. With or without contrast patch pockets. Slightly-flared pants have elasticized waistline.
