Butterick 4142 ©1970s Toddlers' and Childrens' Top & Pants. Loose-fitting, A-line top has jewel neckline, back buttoned closing, short or full-length sleeves, shaped hemline, and top-stitched trim. With or without contrast patch pockets. Slightly-flared pants have elasticized waistline.
