Butterick 4141 - Front

Butterick 4141; ©1986; Very loose-fitting shirt has collar, dropped shoulders, yoke with forward shoulder seams, low armholes, shirt-tail hem, side slits, optional pockets and long sleeves rolled up (wrong side shows). Back is longer than front. Narrow hem. Version B has back pleat. Straight skirt, above mid-knee or tapered trousers have elastic waist and stitched hem. Trousers: optional elastic stirrups.

Maximum Fabric Requirements: SHIRT A – 2 ½ yards SHIRT B – 2 ½ yards SKIRT – 1 3/8 yards TROUSERS – 2 1/8 yards. Suggested Fabrics: Lightweight Broadcloth, Flannelette and Oxford Cloth also Cotton Knits for Skirt and Trousers. Additional Notions required: Shirt - ½” Buttons (Version A – 9, Version – 5) Skirt/Trousers – 7/8 yards of ¾” wide elastic, ¾ yards of ¾” wide elastic for stirrups.

Pattern has 11 pieces and 2 instruction sheets.
