Butterick 4057-S; ca. 1947; Evening Gown. This captivating dance dress has subtle drapery swept to one side of the bodice and skirt which are cut in one piece at front. The dress has a low cut square neckline and can be worn as a sleeveless style with shoulder straps or with cap sleeves. Optional contrast bow at right hip. Pattern includes lining for front bodice.
