70s - Pretty Victorian style blouse with high modest collar, sheer lace yoke, lace ruffles on long sleeves, back buttons. Jacket has wing collar, is dart fitted and has tie back. Love how the lace blouse cuffs show under the jacket! So Austin Powers! Skirt and pants have zipper and narrow waistband.
