Butterick 3874 "Fast and Easy" vintage sewing pattern, dated 1986.
Misses Top & Skirt:
Very loose-fitting, mock back wrap top has shoulder pads, dropped shoulders, back princess seams, side opening, band extending into tie ends (wrong side may show) and cap or long sleeves. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has elastic waist and back hemline vent.
