- circa 1975, one size, Butterick 3779 Misses' Cap and Bag. Accessories to Sew: Cap and Bag: Lined cap with eight section crown eased into narrow band, has front brim and self covered button trim. Elasticized back adjusts to head size. Line, drawstring bad, in 2 sizes, has self straps, patch pockets with or without snapped flaps, and button and topstitch trim
