Butterick 3745; ca. 1940s; Women's and Misses' Box Coat: Two Lengths. The decorative yoke lines, front and back of this box coat are accented by the seam detail. The neckline, which mounts high at the sides; the yoke; front edges; and simulated cuffs are outlined by stitching. Patch pockets on the long length.
