Butterick 3735; ca. 1931; Misses' Dress.
"The Pastel Frock. 3735 There are lots of light colors this year, in town and country. This is the type of frock specially nice for them. It has a surplice closing and a belt – show us a frock that hasn’t this season – and its skirt is made up for a yoke and a flare", as stated in Delineator Magazine, March 1931
