Bibbed dress or jumper three inches (7.5cm) above mid-knee and jumpsuit, both with self ruffle trim have round neckline, self shoulder straps buttoned at back waistband, front waist gathered with straight front waistband and back elasticized waistline. Edgestitching. Jumpsuit has elasticized legs. Purchased top and hat. Refer to Pattern 3712 for applique.
