Dress, ankle length, has contrast, semi-fitted bodice and drape, slightly flared skirt, back Velcro closing and contrast, elbow length sleeves with elastic at cap and lower edge forming ruffle. Purchased trim. Overskirt has waistband extending into tie ends, drape, and back opening. Hat has brim and contrast veil.
