Very loose-fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, pockets and long sleeves with contrast facings (rolled up). Dress, below mid-calf, has shoulder pads, very loose-fitting, blouson (back) bodice with pleated front extending into back collar, slightly flared skirt, back zipper and cap sleeves. Purchased belt. No provision for above-waist adjustment.
