Butterick 3198; ©1985; J.G. Hook - Men's Jacket & Pants. Very loose-fitting, unlined, above-hip, double-breasted jacket has notched collar, dropped shoulders, epaulets, low armholes, upper welt pocket with flap, lower welt pockets, back yoke, lower edge pleated into lower band and long sleeves pleatedd into shaped button cuffs. Straight-legged pants have elasticized button waistband, side and back pockets, and fly front zipper.
