Raglan sleeved clown costume with elasticized sleeves and legs forming ruffles. Hat with pom pom trim.(A) Costume with double ruffle at neck, bias tape and boil fringe trim. (B) Left front and back, smaller neck ruffle and half of hat are in contrasting fabric. (C) Large single neck ruffle is in contrasting fabric. Contrast fabric patches.
