Butterick 2412; ca. 1929; A wide ribbon-like scarf, crushed and tied in a large bow after Louiseboulanger makes this very attractive neckline. The slip-over frock has a one-piece skirt that flares directly in front and is sewed to a wide yoke-like-girdle.
