Butterick 2183; ca. 1942; Women's and Misses' Two-Piece Suit Frock. The eminently practical two-piece suit dress. Jacket blouse with an inset belt, has a surplice effect. Six-piece skirt with pleats each side of front; three gores in back. Detachable dickey. Sleeves in three lengths. The pockets are optional.
