Blouse has wide raglan sleeves that are gathered at the cuff and is collarless or has a small standing collar. Small slit at the neckline closes with a hook and eye or a tie. Short, rounded vest with frog closure. Below-the-knee length skirt with straigh yoke and pleats or gathers.
