Bestway E.2,349; ca. late 1940s or early 1950s; Lingerie Set:  The skirt and bodice of the nightdress are cut on the crossway of material and joined at waist. Tucks are stitched at each front shoulder and front and armholes are trimmed with self-material frills. The slip has a fitted bodice and panelled skirt, finished at hem with a self-material frill for the shoulder-strapped version. The strapless slip has a boned bodice and the frill is of tarlatan. Waist slip also has a tarlatan frill at hem. The knickers are frill-trimmed and fastened at each side of waist.
