Bestway D.3,368; ca. 1950s; Woman's Illustrated Couture Patterns - Designed in Paris by Carven - Suit. The skirt is set into long darts taken up on wrong side and pressed only, with a smaller dart between each long one, stitched on right side of material. Waist is set onto a double band and an opening arranged at left-hand side-back. The jacket has double-breasted fronts and a square neck finished with an added collar. Three-quarter-length or short sleeves may be used, as preferred.
