Bestway B.21,438; ca. 1940s; Child's Kilt & Blouse. Kilt, wrap-over fronts, right front fringed. Set into band at waist and buttoned on to lining bodice. Blouse, each front cut across to form yoke. Added collar and pockets. Short sleeves finished with cuffs. Pattern given for long sleeve set into wristbands.
