Barbara Bell Mail Order 1862; ca. 1948; Scalloped Yoke Dress. The simple slit neckline and scalloped yoke detail make this a dressy afternoon frock for the fuller figure. Buttoning to the waist makes it easy to slip on and off. The many skirt panels are slimming to the hips. Sleeves are short or three quarter length.
