Anne Adams 4766; ca. 1948; Misses' Dress with 3/4 length or short sleeves. Optional tie-on peplum, collars, tie, cuffs, scarf and sash.

Beautiful basic!  It's kind to your budget! Clear, classic lines, adaptable collar, frivolous fascinating accessories give you many dresses for the making of one.  Be smart - sew the dress in a neutral shade and man accessories in prints, checks, or white!  Cap sleeves, slit neckline and very full skirt. Collar variations with scarf or crossover tie.  Add a peplum or cuffs for so many different looks! Long sleeves have gussets, or make it in short sleeves instead.  Snap closure at side, or optional side zipper closure.
