Anne Adams 4271; ca. 1940s; This pattern includes a flared gored skirt and a smock which can be made with short sleeves, full-length sleeves, or even be made in a longer length as an overcoat! The smock has center front button closure, yoked front and back, with heavy gathers along bottom side of yoke seam. A lace trimmed peter pan collar matches the lace-trimmed turn-back cuffs that complete the short sleeve version. Long-sleeved version ends with wrist cuff bands.
