Advance House Frock

Advance (no pattern number given); ca. 1930s; Women's and Misses' House Frock. A well-tailored model for the fastidious housewife--this model with its flattering surplice bodice outlined with a jaunty notched collar. The bodice extends over the hips and joins the circular skirt in a pointed outline in the front. Tie-belts are attached to the front. Length, small size (14-16 years), 47 in. with a 2-inch hem; width, about 1 1/2 yds.
