THE SHEATH DRESS... AND ITS BOUFFANT OVERSKIRT:
The surplice top dress wraps and buttons on the side. An inside right seam zipper for a "chic" svelte silhouette. Sleeveless armhole witha slight drop-over shoulder.
Full gathered OVERSKIRT is attached to a cummerbund... big bow at back. In sheers or net use a number of layers! Overskirt can be worn with other separates.
