Just follow these three easy steps ... pin the one sheet of tissue to your fabric (see cutting layouts for direction of grain line) ... cut ... and sew. Can be made form only One Yard of 54" Fabric too! Skirt has center back panel with low pleats. Zipper closing in left side back seam. Trim it many ways ... braid and button trim in front ... hip bands for new long line ... low band, or bands, across panel back.
