Advance 6999; ca. 1955; Misses' Dress. Interesting lines ... Dart-fitted bodice has a soft underarm curve and petal-like points at the wide neckline, repeated at the cuffs. Softly gathered yoke and collar are cut in one with the sleeve front. Sleeve in one with bodice back has a half-gusset fitting. Skirt side front has released soft folds and slightly extended diagonal pockets which provide a peg-topped look. Front buttoned to depth of hips with easy walking pleat.
