Advance 6983; ca. 1955; Child's Smock. Cut in one piece from neckline to hem and softly gathered, front and back, to the band which forms a standing collar, set slightly away from the neck. button at each shoulder provides the opening. One button cuff on long sleeve, set into raglan armhole, which is also gathered and attached to the band. Applied band at lower front is stitched to from four large pockets.
