Advance 6968; ca. 1955; Girl's Skirts. Two Skirts, two silhouttes. (View 1) Circular skirt, full and billowy, made with just two pieces and waistband. Optional lining of taffeta or woven or non-woven interfacing fabric. (View 2) Straight skirt, eased by soft waist line pleat at side fronts, inverted pleat at center back. Patch pockets. Side-seam zipper. Fabrics of all seasons from cotton to wool including corduroy, suitable for both skirts. Felt and, for party wear, taffeta suggest for circular skirt.
