(View 1) Make them a matching pair with contrast pockets or see (View 2) for separate yardages for adult and child - all one fabric with optional trimming. Apron gathered up on a waistline hoop or ribbon drawstring. The lower section of apron front is divided by stitching to three pockets - the upper pocket edge is scalloped across front - straight across back and complete edge finished with purchased bias binding.
