Advance 6882; ca. 1954; 18" Stuffed Clown Doll: Clown body - stuffed torso, head, arms and legs. Yarn for hair and nose. Ears, eyelids, eyebrows and mouth of colorful felt. Clown suit cut from one pattern piece is gathered with a ruffle at wrists and ankles by elastic stitched on inside, edged with purchased bias binding. Net ruffle at neck bound with the same bias binding. One piece hat - made double - lower edge turns up into a brim. Yarn tassel.
