Advance 6850; ca. 1954; Original Design by Sophie of Saks Fifth Ave. Dress with stand-away neckline is in one with front, joined to back neckline at side back. Standing edge made double by inner bias fold - bodice and fold seamed together at center front, turned back in panel. View 1 - contrast fold, short sleeve in armhole with drop-shoulder curve. Free front panel in skirt, caught in center seam, free edge folded under widely. View 2 - Without free over panel. Pushed-up long sleeves. One fabric. Side zipper closing. For billowing fullness wear a petticoat.
